JAMES GREGG was indicted for that he in the King's highway, in and upon Samuel Brooks did make an assault, putting him in corporal fear and danger of his life, and stealing from his person half a guinea and shilling, the property of the said Samuel, February 3rd.

It appeared upon the trial that the prisoner was insane: he was delivered to his friends to be taken care of.

NOT GUILTY.

Tried by the London Jury before Mr. RECORDER.
