The image reveals two children look over the contraption with amazement while another child on the side is contemplating what she is looking at. The contraption in the center is a model of the solar system, which was something that was of great curiosity to many astronomists and philosophers during this time period. Knowledge was something that emphasized greatly in the 18th century and the idea of continuing to improve the mind to gain a stronger understanding of the world around.
